Join us for another fun evening at Picasso Party! We'll be doing something a little different this time, using the dot method of painting to create a colorful mandela themed peacock! This method of painting is soothing and can be meditative. AND, it's easy to learn! You'll leave with the knowledge to create any kind of dot painting that you are inspired to create! 


All supplies will be provided, just bring yourself and friends and family!

Yoga nidra is an ancient relaxation technique that involves being led through mental imagery while lying on one’s back. The phrase yoga nidra comes from the Sanskrit language and is often described as meaning “yogic sleep.” Yoga nidra is intended to produce a state of relaxation that is similar to sleep, but involves maintaining conscious awareness of the environment.


Yoga Nidra can benefit us in so many ways:


  • Provide a more restful night's sleep
  • Help with insomnia
  • Anxiety and stress reduction
  • Improve mood
  • Builds self-awareness
  • Helps with confidence
  • Reduce pain and inflammation
