This seven-part series will cover one of the seven chakras each month. We will learn symptoms of overactive as well as blocked chakras and best practices to either calm or unblock those areas bringing balance and flow back into our energy paths. Each part of the series will include a nidra and sound bath emphasizing the crystal bowl and a visualization associated with that chakra.
The “Art of Letting Go” isn't about creating perfect artwork, rather, it’s about the process of creating… being present in the moment and letting your mind flow freely through self-expression and mindfulness. A meditative art practice provides you the opportunity to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment as you explore your creativity.
