Yoga has been a transformative force in my life for over 20 years, helping me develop physical and mental strength, as well as the ability to approach life's moments with greater mindfulness and courage.
For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
As a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified professional with 600+ hours of teaching experience, I hold additional certifications in health coaching and aerial yoga. Currently, I am advancing my education with the YA RYT-300 hour training. I am committed to continuing my learning journey and grateful for the wisdom bestowed upon me by my teachers.
