Through in-person learning, she found correct alignment of postures, techniques for building endurance in the poses and a community of shining souls who helped her along the way.
With over 600 teaching hours, Sarina is currently Yoga Alliance RYT-200, GOYA-CYT, CPYT (certified prenatal yoga teacher), certified in Somatic Movement, and certified Level I and II Sound Healing Practitioner. She is currently pursuing RYT-500. Additionally, she holds a BA in Fine Art and believes art can be a great tool for anyone looking for ways to meditate, cope, or just self-reflect.

Yoga has been a transformative force in my life for over 20 years, helping me develop physical and mental strength, as well as the ability to approach life's moments with greater mindfulness and courage.
For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
As a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certified professional with 600+ hours of teaching experience, I hold additional certifications in health coaching and aerial yoga. Currently, I am advancing my education with the YA RYT-300 hour training. I am committed to continuing my learning journey and grateful for the wisdom bestowed upon me by my teachers.

My first introduction to yoga was in a P90-X DVD where I was inspired by how challenging the poses were. It did not take long for me to start learning about yoga beyond the physical aspects and this is where I really fell in love. Over time I have found that faithfully coming to my mat has allowed me to show up during my daily life with more compassion, strength, and peace than I thought possible.
I am a CYT-200 with an additional certification in Yin Yoga. I hold a BA in education studies and am fascinated by the process of human learning and growth. I consider myself a lifelong learner and I hope to encourage and support others as they strive to be their best selves.
